This session is intended for NEW teachers with little to no experience with alternate assessment. During this time participants will be introduced to the components of alternate assessment including process, calendar, Administration Guide Components, Participation Guidelines, and the Alternate Assessment Accountability Folder requirements, etc. Following the training Participants will be prepared to take required qualifying quiz on KDE website.
NOTE: Prior to this session participants may choose to complete the required online modules and qualifying quiz for Alternate Assessment.
