Social Emotional Learning is not only for our students. Being an educator is one of the most stressful jobs and this year has added even more stressors and unknowns. Taking care of yourself is important! Wellness Wednesday is one way to make self-care and taking care of yourself important. Join us for a live virtual experience for one hour on the third Wednesday of every month to discuss staff and student wellness, self-care, and other social-emotional topics that can help you in the classroom and in your personal life. December focus: Specific self-care strategies and simple self-care plans. You will be given a plethora of strategies that work and easy to use self-care plans to get you started on your wellness journey.
