Congratulations are in order for two WKEC Employees and one Board Member who were honored at last nights 6th Regional Educators Awards at WKCTC. Crystal Russell, who is a part of the WKEC GEARUP Team, was awarded the Unsung Hero Award. Jay Simmons, WKEC DEIB Director & Superintendent Liaison, was awarded the Presidents Award. Along with, Casey Allen, Board Member, who was also awarded the Presidents Award. We are very proud of their accomplishments and commitment to Kentucky Public Schools.
